Most couples benefit from strengthening and practicing communication habits and skills in the presence of a non-judging mediator. Having the aid of an observing eye helps you to navigate through intimacy needs and blocks while gaining more awareness of your partner's perspective. Couple's therapy not only helps you to decode your partner, it helps you to decode yourself as you relate to the most important people in your life.
Substance abuse counseling will help you assess your recovery needs and self-sabotaging factors, and gain invaluable information about the latest recovery tools and practices. Whether you are desiring to make some changes in your own life or would like to understand how to help and support a loved one with their substance abuse needs, counseling can help.

Family therapy can help you heal as a family from a tragic event and understand the individual needs and struggles of each member. Children benefit the most when their environment is flourishing. For this reason, children are not seen individually by Deborah but within the family context.
